Garvit Duggal

Garvit Duggal, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in strategic finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Currently serving at Outschool as part of the Strategic Finance team since March 2024, Garvit previously held positions as Strategic Finance Lead at Modern Health and in Strategic Finance roles at Parachute Home. Prior to those, Garvit worked as a Senior Associate in Portfolio Management at Morgan Stanley and as an Associate at The Carlyle Group, focusing on fund management and portfolio analytics. Early career experiences include roles as a Research Assistant at The REIT Center at NYU, an Analyst at Ackman-Ziff, and a RE Development Intern at Blesso Properties, contributing to various capital projects. Garvit's foundation in real estate begun at Ernst & Young as a Senior Analyst in Transaction Real Estate Advisory Services, and earlier as a Business Analyst at RedSeer Consulting. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick.
