Karmen Paterson

Karmen Paterson is a versatile professional with extensive experience in customer engagement, graphic design, and marketing. At the YMCA of the Triangle, Karmen serves as a Customer Engagement Representative, focusing on understanding customer needs and implementing effective solutions. As a contractor with Outschool, Karmen teaches graphic design and art, successfully guiding students and achieving a notable re-enrollment rate. Karmen also operates Little Daisy Media as the Lead Designer and Owner, creating cohesive visual components for various platforms. Previously, Karmen managed marketing efforts and vendor relationships at the Cary Downtown Farmers Market, achieving strong participation rates. Karmen holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Environmental Science from North Carolina State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Graphic Communications from Pellissippi State Community College.
