Mark O'Shaughnessy is the Client Services Director at Outset UK Ltd and Outset Legal LLP since November 2018. Previously, Mark held the same position at Primed since November 2018. Before that, Mark worked as a Managing Director at Crusader Assistance from April 2006 to April 2016. With a background in operations and claims management, Mark has also worked at Prolegal Solicitors, Reid Minty Solicitors, Churchill Insurance, and Safeway. Mark attended Dartford Grammar School for Boys from 1984 to 1991.
