Alessa Novoa

Alessa Novoa serves as the OMM People Ops Sr. Manager and Site Lead of Organizational Development at Outset Medical, Inc. since May 2021, following a role as Learning Experience Manager at TaskUs from November 2020 to April 2021. Prior experience includes five years at Confie as Learning and Development Manager, where responsibilities included developing training programs for multiple lines of business and overseeing learning initiatives. Alessa also held positions as Instructional Design Supervisor and Instructional Designer and Trainer, focusing on assessing training needs and creating educational curricula. Additionally, Alessa worked as an Instructor and Speaker with Future_is, specializing in virtual course development, and served as an English Teacher and Trainer at Colegio Reina Isabel Real del Mar and AMCO International. An early career included an internship at Parker Hannifin in lean management and training coordination roles. Alessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California and a Diplomado en Alta Dirección from CETYS Universidad.
