Renee Gaeta

Renee Gaeta currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Outset Medical, Inc. since June 2025 and is a member of the Board of Directors at Candel Therapeutics since August 2022. Previously, Renee held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Shockwave Medical from February 2024 to June 2024, contributing to the successful acquisition of the company by Johnson & Johnson for an enterprise value of $13.1 billion. From July 2021 to February 2024, Renee was Chief Financial Officer at Eko Health, overseeing finance and human resources, and was involved in strategic planning and growth strategies for a digital health company focused on heart and lung disease. Additionally, Renee served on the Board of Directors at SeaSpine until January 2023, playing a key role in the successful merger of SeaSpine and Orthofix. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
