Carol Kazmer

Carol Kazmer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in providing in-house counsel services as a member of Outside GC LLC since April 2007. Previous roles include serving on the Board of Directors for the Business Software Alliance and holding positions such as General Counsel at Avid Technology, Inc., Senior Counsel at Marcam Corporation, and Associate at both Rich May Bilodeau & Flaherty and Brown & Wood (now Sidley Austin LLP). Carol Kazmer's educational background includes a JD in Law from the University of California, Berkeley, an MA in International Finance from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and an undergraduate education from Claremont McKenna College.
