Lori Geisinger

Lori Geisinger is a highly experienced attorney currently serving as Senior Counsel and Member of the Firm at Outside GC LLC since November 2012. With a focus on providing efficient and cost-effective legal services comparable to in-house counsel, Geisinger combines extensive legal expertise with strong business acumen. Prior to joining Outside GC, Geisinger worked as an Immigration Attorney at Miller & Caine LLP from August 2004 to November 2012, representing diverse clients in business immigration matters. Geisinger's career also includes positions as a Corporate Law and IP Law Associate at Finnegan, Hickey, Dinsmoor & Johnson, PC and as a Corporate Associate at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C., where involvement encompassed mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and various business transactions. Geisinger earned a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
