Martin Lipman

Martin Lipman is an accomplished attorney and executive with extensive experience in the legal and corporate sectors. Currently serving as an Attorney and Member at Outside GC since August 2022, Martin has previously held key positions, including Vice President and General Counsel at Instrumentation Laboratory since September 2014 and Director of Legal Affairs at Vicor Corporation from July 2012 to September 2014. Martin's career also includes a tenure at Merck/Millipore as Vice President of the OEM Diagnostics Group, where responsibilities encompassed leading a global business unit and overseeing sales, marketing, strategy, and R&D. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Chiron Diagnostics from May 1991 to March 1997. Martin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Haverford College.
