Jim Swain, J.D., MBA, is the Principal and owner of Swain Law Firm, founded in December 1998, with over 33 years of experience in protecting families and businesses from excessive expenses, taxes, and liabilities. As a nationally recognized expert in VA benefits planning, Jim founded the Academy of VA Pension Planners and serves as CEO, training attorneys and financial advisors on various financial planning topics. Jim's leadership extends to the VFW Post 12002 as a former Post Commander, and active membership in organizations like ElderCounsel, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and WealthCounsel. Jim's education credentials include a Master’s Degree in Business from The University of Memphis and a BA in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
