Philip Yachmetz is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Attorney at Outside GC LLC since February 2022, Philip provides expert legal guidance on complex commercial transactions, business development, and corporate restructuring. Previously, as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Teligent, Inc., Philip managed legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions for a publicly traded pharmaceutical company. Throughout a distinguished career, Philip has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Sovereign Health System, Savient Pharmaceuticals, Progenics Pharmaceuticals, and Millennium Venture Management LLC. With a JD from California Western School of Law and a BA from The George Washington University, Philip Yachmetz combines legal expertise with strategic business acumen to support organizational success and compliance.
