Caroline Lustgarten

Caroline Lustgarten is currently the Director of Client Success at Outside since December 2020, previously working as an Account Manager at Young Jenkins and Match Marketing Group where Caroline managed client relations, project timelines, budgets, and vendors to provide marketing and design solutions. With experience as a Senior Account Executive at 300Brand, their responsibilities included leading client sponsored events and programs. Starting as an intern at The Artists and Athletes Alliance, Caroline enhanced the company's social media presence and organized events for clients. Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from St. Lawrence University and also studied abroad at Charles University.
