Laura Addison

Laura Addison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and digital campaign management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Digital Campaign Manager at Outside since February 2021, Laura has a proven track record in driving customer understanding and expanding deal sizes through effective collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams. Prior to this role, Laura worked at The North Face as a Retail Guide and at Validity Inc. as a Solutions Consultant, where significant contributions included enhancing internal product knowledge and reducing single-use plastics in office operations. Laura's background also includes content strategy at Return Path, where effective communication and research led to notable increases in client engagement. An accomplished athlete, Laura’s journey began at the University of Michigan, where a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science was earned alongside participation in Varsity Track and Field and Cross Country.
