Oliver Glave

Oliver Glave is an experienced professional in live streaming and quality control, currently serving as the Live Streaming Operations Manager at Outside since February 2024. Previously, Oliver worked as a Senior QA/QC Specialist at Warner Bros. Discovery, contributing to the quality control of over 1,000 video assets for the launch of the MAX app, and as a Live Events QC/QA Lead at HBO Max, managing teams that identified and resolved numerous content delivery issues across Latin America. Oliver's background also includes significant roles at NBCUniversal, where Oliver developed live streaming operations for major sports events, as well as experience in digital marketing, social media analysis, and video editing. Oliver holds a Master's Degree in Creative Media Practice from the University of Sussex and has academic qualifications in Political Management and Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
