Donna L. Brown, GBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and communications. Serving as a Book Author at Outskirts Press, Inc. since September 2014, Brown previously held significant roles at Unisys, including Director of Global Benefits and HIPAA Compliance Officer, and has also worked as an Independent Benefits Consultant for PJM Interconnection. With a managerial background in Health and Welfare at Henkel of America, Inc. and regional account management roles in the insurance and brokerage sectors spanning from 1981 to 1999, Brown brings a diverse skill set to the industry. Educationally, Brown holds a B.A. in English from Franklin & Marshall College.
