Bianca Patrice Ilogon

Bianca Patrice Ilogon is an experienced onboarding specialist at Outsource Access since September 2022, previously serving as a human resources assistant at San Miguel Brewery, Inc. from November 2021 to April 2022, and as an HR assistant focusing on accounts management and employee relations at San Miguel Corporation from October 2018 to October 2021. Bianca also held leadership roles in the UST Behavioral Science Society, including Vice President - Internal and Secretary, promoting professional development among members. Earlier experience includes an HR internship at Rockwell Land Corporation in 2017. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Santo Tomas, completed in 2018.
