Dr. Harvey Peters III, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dr. Harvey started their career as a Technical Support Manager at The Registry, Inc., where they were responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and supporting PC and server hardware. Dr. Harvey then moved on to Safeway, where they served as an IT Manager, overseeing infrastructure support for Windows environments and managing teams of up to 16 personnel.

After Safeway, Dr. Peters joined the Contra Costa Child Care Council as the Director of Information Technology. In this role, they ensured the smooth operation of the IT Department and provided technical direction and support for daily activities.

Later, Dr. Peters worked as an Information Technology Consultant for various nonprofit organizations in the Bay Area. Dr. Harvey provided technical support, project management, and installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

Currently, Dr. Peters is the IT Director at OUTSOURCE Consulting Services, Inc. (OCSI.co), where they are responsible for all aspects of IT, including system applications, databases, network infrastructure, security, desktops, servers, and peripherals.

Dr. Harvey Peters III, Ed.D. obtained a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership and Learning from Aspen University in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology, also from Aspen University. In 1986, Dr. Peters earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, although the name of the institution is not specified.
