Jade Giesen

Jade Giesen has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer service and call center industry. Jade currently holds the position of Vice President | BPO and Client Success at Outsource Consultants, LLC since November 2022. In this role, Jade is responsible for ensuring client success and managing BPO operations. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of BPO and Client Success at the same company from November 2020 to November 2022.

Before joining Outsource Consultants, Jade worked at Best Buy, where they held the position of Senior Manager; Global Partnerships and Experience Betterment at Best Buy Customer Care from April 2017 to October 2020. Jade previously served as the Manager; Global Partnerships and Experience Betterment from December 2014 to April 2017.

Jade also gained valuable experience at The Connection as the Manager of Client Services from January 2012 to October 2013 and as the National Account Manager from April 1998 to January 2012. In these roles, they focused on driving business success and managing client relationships.

Additionally, Jade worked at DecisionOne as a Contact Center Solution Architect from April 2001 to May 2004. In this position, they acted as a liaison between sales and operations, responding to and pricing RFPs, and negotiating contracts.

Jade Giesen has an Associate's degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting from Brown College. Jade attended the University of Minnesota from 1993 to 1995, but their specific degree and field of study are unknown. Jade also briefly attended Drake University in 1992, and later returned to Drake University and the University of Minnesota, although their degree and field of study for these institutions are also unknown.
