Cristina Pasion

Cristina Pasion currently serves as VP of People & Culture at Outsourced, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Cristina held various roles in human resources and operations, including HR Director at Nearsol from September 2018 to April 2023, and Independent Consultant at CDP Consultancy Phils for a brief period. Cristina's experience encompasses positions such as Offshore Operations Manager at Kaliber Global LLC and Human Resource Manager at MullenLowe Group. At ReferralCandy, Cristina was the Country Manager, while at Gameloft, Cristina contributed as a project-based recruiter. Previous roles also include Senior HR Manager at Transcom Worldwide, Vice President for HR & Operations at Big Bad Elk Ecommerce Inc, and HR Site Manager at APAC Customer Services. Cristina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines between 1990 and 1995.
