Blerta Stefo is a seasoned administrative professional with extensive experience in executive support roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at OutSystems since December 2016, Blerta has held multiple executive assistant positions within the company. Prior experience includes roles at QuickBase, Inc. as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership, where efficiency in calendar management and project execution was demonstrated, and at edX, managing complex scheduling for high-level executives. Blerta began a career in executive support at Hyatt Regency International, assisting the Chief Executive Officer, and also contributed to change management and IT development at PLUS Communication. Blerta holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language - Translation/Interpretation from the University of Tirana.
