João Tavares

João Tavares is an experienced professional in the field of technical support and software engineering, currently serving as the Global Support Enablement and Automation Manager at OutSystems since June 2016. Tavares has progressed through several roles at OutSystems, including Global Support L3 Manager and Technical Support Team Lead. Prior to OutSystems, Tavares worked at Chilltime as a Software Engineer, where responsibilities included full-stack web development and game engine design. Earlier experience includes roles at Deloitte and Grupo Azevedos, where Tavares developed internal applications during an internship. Tavares holds a Postgraduate Degree in Applied Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and both a Master of Science and a Licentiate in Computer Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
