Rui Baltazar Guerra

Rui Baltazar Guerra's work experience includes working as a Lead Software Engineer at OutSystems starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Two Impulse from December 2019 to May 2023, where they primarily worked on developing a backend solution for a US-based Pharma Company using ASP.NET Core 6.0 on an AWS stack.

Before joining Two Impulse, Rui worked at Capgemini from June 2015 to December 2019, holding various roles such as Software Engineer, Dynamics 365 Developer, Analyst Consultant, CRM Developer, CRM Specialist, and Web Service Developer. During their time at Capgemini, they focused on developing ASP.NET Web Apps, WCF Web Services, and Dynamics 365 deployments. Rui also gained experience in IIS and SQL Server deployment and management.

Rui Baltazar Guerra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa between 2007 and 2013. Rui also holds additional certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services, Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, and various Microsoft certifications.
