Sílvia Melo Gomes is an experienced professional in the field of recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of the Outsourcing Team at OutSystems since January 2020. In this role, Sílvia manages contractors and oversees global outsourcing partner relations, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders during the hiring process.
