Anna Thea Bridge

Anna Thea Bridge has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as an intern at the U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Anna Thea then worked as a research assistant at The George Washington University Law School and as a law clerk (summer associate) at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Richard Conway Casey at the U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y. In 2006, they joined Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as a litigation associate, later transitioning to the role of litigation business development practice resources lawyer and senior professional development manager.

In 2017, Bridge moved to Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP as the director of professional development. Anna Thea then served as co-chief operating officer and chief people officer before becoming chief operating officer at the same firm. In 2020, they joined Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP as the chief operating officer and later became the chief operating officer at Outten & Golden LLP in 2022.

Bridge also held a role as a member at Chief starting in 2021.

Anna Thea Bridge has a diverse education history. Anna Thea holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they obtained a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School. Anna Thea Bridge also holds a certificate from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, specializing in Marketing Strategy.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Anna Thea Bridge has obtained several certifications. Anna Thea is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), certified by the Society for Human Resource Management. Anna Thea is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), certified by the International Coaching Federation.
