Kim Rosa

Kim Rosa is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Outten & Golden LLP since October 2024. Prior experience includes a progressive role at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP, where Kim held positions from Human Resources Manager to Senior Director of Human Resources between September 2021 and August 2024. Kim also contributed to Opus Advisory Group as an Account Executive and Account Manager from July 2017 to September 2021. Earlier career experience includes roles at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP, where Kim worked as a Human Resources Benefits Administrator and Human Resources Assistant from November 2000 to July 2017. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Paralegal Studies from St. John's University.
