Menaka Fernando

Menaka Fernando is a partner at Outten & Golden LLP, where representation of individual employees in litigation and negotiation across all areas of employment law has been the focus since November 2015. Prior experience includes serving as an associate attorney at The Dolan Law Firm from September 2013 to November 2015 and as an associate at Schonbrun DeSimone Seplow Harris Hoffman & Harrison LLP from July 2011 to August 2013. Menaka Fernando also gained experience as a legal assistant/law clerk at Schonbrun DeSimone Seplow Harris & Hoffman, LLP from 2006 to 2008. Educational credentials include a law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and a Bachelor's degree in English from UCLA.
