Claudio co-founded and served as COO at Ponto Care until October 2021. Previous experience spans over a decade at Lee Hecht Harrison, where Claudio held multiple executive roles, including Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Early career positions include leadership roles at Hedging-Griffo, JCTM Industrial Marketing, Hopi Hari, Rede Gazeta, and Grupo Playcenter. Claudio's educational background encompasses advanced management training at The Wharton School, a Master of Science from The London School of Economics, an MBA from FGV, and a BA in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Sergipe.
