Steffen Baerend

Steffen Baerend is a seasoned professional in video and photo production, currently serving as the Senior Video & Photo Manager at Outward Hound since July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing complex projects and campaigns for various marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Steffen was a Video Editor and later a Video Producer and Photographer within the Division of Student Affairs, managing a team and producing major campaigns. Earlier positions involved developing visual identities for university departments and working as a freelance designer and photographer for multiple clients. Steffen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder.
