Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Performance Call Centres and Amg International (PTY) Ltd., as well as managerial positions at Bravoplex 17 CC and Ethekwini Communications. Dhiresh began a career in sales as a Sales Representative at CCI South Africa. Key competencies include critical thinking, problem solving, planning, and organizing.
