Phil Gilligan

Phil Gilligan has a robust financial leadership background, currently serving as the COO and Chief Financial Officer at Ovation LLC since November 2013. Prior to this role, Phil worked as a Financial Advisor at iAdvisory Services from 2012 to 2013 and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Universal Sports between 2009 and 2012. Phil's extensive experience in finance also includes significant roles at Fox Cable Networks, where Phil progressed from Controller of National Networks to Vice President and later Senior Vice President of Finance from 1998 to 2009. Phil began a career in finance at PIP Printing Inc. as Controller, followed by a role as Director of Branch & General Accounting at 7UP / RC Bottling Company, after starting as an Internal Auditor at Group W Cable. Phil holds an MBA in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University.
