Lauren Saez

Lauren Saez is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in various industries, specializing in talent acquisition for both corporate and manufacturing roles. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Ovation Communities since August 2024, Lauren previously held the position of Corporate Recruiter at Midwest Refrigerated Services from July 2018 to August 2024, where responsibilities included managing the driver hiring process, coordinating recruitment events, and promoting retention programs. Prior to that, Lauren worked at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies as a Senior Recruiter, achieving significant hiring goals, and at Argus Technical Services and BloodCenter of Wisconsin, where skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding were honed.
