Darlene Hines

Darlene Hines, MHA, PCMH CCE, has extensive experience in healthcare consulting and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Behavioral Health Services at Ovation Healthcare since July 2020, Darlene has also held roles such as Senior Consultant for Clinical Advisory Services at QHR Healthcare Affiliates, LLC from July 2021 to July 2024, and Practice Transformation Consultant at the SC Office of Rural Health from November 2018 to July 2021. Previously, Darlene was the Chief Operating Officer at Fairfield Memorial Hospital from 2000 until December 2018. Darlene holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the Medical University of South Carolina.
