Erika Winchester

Erika Winchester, RN, BSN, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Informatics at Ovation Healthcare, focused on EHR implementations and optimization of clinical workflows across multiple facilities. Previously, Erika held the position of Regional Clinical Informaticist at Quorum Health and contributed to the management of extensive EHR projects, staff training, and compliance with regulatory standards. Erika's experience includes significant roles in clinical informatics at Henderson County Community Hospital, where responsibilities involved credentialing and EHR education, as well as Tennova Healthcare, where Erika supported EHR transitions and user training. Erika's clinical background as a Registered Nurse spans various healthcare settings with specializations in orthopedics and med-surg patients. Erika obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Baptist Memorial College of Health Sciences.
