Hailey Meadows

Hailey Meadows, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and aviation industries. Hailey is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Ovation Healthcare, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at View, Inc. as the National Accounts Director for Aviation + Healthcare from 2022 to 2023, and also served as an Account Executive from 2022 to 2023. From 2014 to 2022, Hailey worked at DeRoyal, where they held various roles including Account Executive for the Continuum Group from 2019 to 2022, Continuum Innovations Manager from 2015 to 2019, ContinuumOR Product Consultant in 2015, and Sales Resident in 2014.

Hailey Meadows holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 2019. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate education at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management in 2013. Earlier, Hailey graduated from Bearden High School in 2009. Hailey also pursued language studies in Spanish at IES Study Abroad. Additionally, Hailey has obtained additional certifications, including a Green Belt Certification (GB) from the Haslam College of Business in 2019 and a certification in Business Transformation with Google Cloud from Coursera in the same year.
