Josh Sandler has extensive experience in supply chain and healthcare management. Their most recent position was as an Executive Vice President at Ovation Healthcare. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President in Supply Chain at the same company.
From 2019 to 2022, Josh worked as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Capital Equipment Services at HealthTrust Performance Group. Josh led a team responsible for negotiating and managing a $5 billion portfolio of medical capital equipment. Josh also advised HCA and other HealthTrust members on capital life cycle management.
Before that, from 2012 to 2019, they worked at ROi Resource Optimization & Innovation. Josh held various roles including Vice President of Sourcing and Executive Director of Core Sourcing and Private Label. In these positions, they oversaw strategic planning for global cargo shipment and managed a department responsible for budgeting, purchasing, and distribution.
Josh began their career in the US Navy, where they attended Supply Officer School from 2007 to 2008.
