Kila Sweeney

Kila Sweeney, PHR, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ovation Healthcare, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kila held various human resources leadership positions at Lifepoint Health® from April 2020 to October 2023, including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Talent Operations. Kila also contributed to Amedisys as Director of the Business Leadership Group and was promoted within the first 10 months to oversee Senior HR Business Partners. Previous experience includes key roles at Cigna from May 2011 to May 2018, culminating as Director of Human Resources, and earlier positions at Healthspring and FoodBrand LLC. Kila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Western Kentucky University.
