Eric Matthews has worked as a Remote Support Engineer at OvationCXM starting from August 2022. Prior to that, they owned their own company, NeTech Solutions, from August 2015 to October 2022. Before becoming a business owner, Eric worked as a Remote Support Technician at Support.com from January 2015 to October 2022, where they provided support for Comcast Wireless home Internet and related equipment using various remote tech support tools. Eric also has experience as a Cna at White Mountain Regional Medical Center from May 2011 to February 2014.

Eric Matthews attended the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology/Networking Software Engineering. During their time at the university, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) and went on to complete their Bachelor of Science degree.
