Frank Russo

Frank Russo has earned a reputation as one of the most respected authorities in venue management. In his current position with Spectra, he is responsible for developing new management contracts for arenas, convention centers, stadiums, and other public assembly venues, as well as supporting ongoing client relations and business retention.

Early in his career, Frank gained experience in municipal management through positions such as Assistant to the City Manager of Hartford. His 30-plus years of experience also include key Executive Director roles at major North American venues including the Hartford Civic Center in Hartford, CT; the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN; and the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York, NY. His extensive corporate experience includes roles such as President of Monitor Productions; Vice President for Sales and Client Services at Ogden Entertainment; and Vice President of International Operations at Ogden Entertainment.
