Rosa Santana has had a successful career in executive leadership and entrepreneurship. Rosa started their career in 1981 with roles at Kelly Services, Inc. and Kelly Staff Leasing, where they held positions of Vice President and Vice President & Group Director, respectively. In 1998, they joined Westaff, Inc. as the Senior Vice President for the Southwest Zone.

In 2002, Rosa Santana founded Santana Group, a company that provides outsourcing solutions to organizations across industries. At the same time, they also founded Integrated Human Capital, a full-service human resources and staffing company, and Workforce Management de México, which offers staffing and workforce solutions in Mexico.

In 2009, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Diversa, a position they held until 2014. In the same year, they founded Forma Automotive, the first Hispanic Woman Owned Direct Tier 1 Supplier to Toyota, specializing in truck bed assembly. Additionally, they founded Oveana in 2014, a company that delivers global business process outsourcing services.

Throughout their career, Rosa Santana has demonstrated their expertise in executive leadership, entrepreneurship, and the provision of effective outsourcing and staffing solutions.

Rosa Santana attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2007 to study Building a High Performance Minority Business. In 2005, they also participated in the Advanced Management Education Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they have some education at El Paso Community College and attended Jefferson High School, but specific years and degrees are not provided for these experiences.
