OVEC
Kathy House, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Educator Success at the Ohio Valley Education Cooperative since July 2023. In addition to this role, Kathy is an instructor at the University of Louisville, a position held since May 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Academic Officer for Trimble County Schools from July 2016 to July 2023, Principal of Zoneton Middle School in Bullitt County from February 2014 to June 2016, and various roles including teacher, instructional coach, and associate principal at South Oldham Middle School from August 2001 to February 2014. Kathy House holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration, an Education Specialist Degree in the same field from the University of Louisville, a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Indiana State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
OVEC
The Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative (OVEC) is a consortium of 15 school districts serving over 155,000 students in north central Kentucky. Established in 1976, the cooperative provides a vehicle for conducting regional planning, development, and implementation of educational programs on a continuing basis. OVEC offers programs that serve member school districts, their student populations and families.
