Dr. Michael Gross has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr. Michael began their career in 1986 as an Energieanlagenelektroniker at ABB. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a System Consultant at SYSDAT GmbH. Dr. Michael then joined Compaq Computer GmbH in 1999 as an Internationaler Program/Projekt Manager. In 2004, they transitioned to Hewlett-Packard GmbH, where they held various roles including Business Manager and Direktor Business Operations, overseeing SAP system migration, strategy and process definition, budget management, and leading a team of over 14 employees. In 2015, Dr. Gross joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Business Consultant. Dr. Michael then moved to DXC Technology in 2017, where they served as a Senior Business Consultant before joining TB&C Holding GmbH as a Manager Information Systems (IT-Leiter). Currently, they are working at Oventrop GmbH & Co. KG as the CIO/Head of IT, a position they have held since December 2021.
Dr. Michael Gross completed their education in two separate institutions. From 1992 to 1999, they attended Universität / Fachhochschule Stuttgart where they earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Technische Informatik. Following this, they pursued further education at Universität St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Master und Promotion degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Informatik.
