Michael Sisk

Michael Sisk is currently the Vice President Finance at Oventus Medical Ltd since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Transparity Group from January 2015 onwards, where they pursued a career in professional golf. Although they achieved success in qualifiers and GC Amtour events, they did not reach their ultimate goal of playing on a Sunday. Before Transparity Group, Michael was the Chief Financial Officer at Signature Analytics from January 2021 to September 2021, providing accounting and business advisory solutions. Michael also served as the EVP and CFO at Commercial Bank of California from May 2013 to December 2014, focusing on strategic planning and infrastructure development. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at Bank of Internet, SVP/CFO and Chief Investment Officer at Inland Community Bank, and Consultant at MidCountry Financial Services. Michael's work experience also includes a role as VP/Controller at PFF Bank & Trust, where they served as the CFO of three subsidiaries.

Michael Sisk began their education in 1982 at the University of California, Riverside, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Michael later transferred to California State University-San Bernardino in 1984 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 1987. Continuing their academic pursuits, Michael went on to attend the University of La Verne from 2003 to 2005, where they earned their MBA with a specialization in Finance.
