Jefferson Warren

Jefferson Warren has a strong background in education and operations. Jefferson most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Over Easy. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Believe Memphis Academy Charter School, where they played a key role in managing finances, human resources, and school systems. During their tenure, they successfully budgeted and allocated revenue, managed staff, and oversaw various contracted partners. Jefferson also led the facilities search and acquisition process, negotiating a significant purchase and renovation. Additionally, they played a pivotal role in creating and directing a food distribution system during the pandemic. Before joining Believe Memphis Academy, Warren worked as the Director of Special Projects and a Teacher at Uncommon Schools. Jefferson began their career as a Corps Member at Teach For America.

Jefferson Warren completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Yale University between 2007 and 2011.
