Kevin Zhen

Kevin Zhen is an experienced GIS professional currently serving as a GIS Project Manager and GIS Analyst at Over J Consulting since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a Data Operations Specialist at INRIX from October 2019 to October 2022 and as a GIS Technician for the City of South Pasadena from December 2018 to September 2019. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geospatial Analysis (GIS) from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completing the program in 2019.
