Jose Sepulveda

Jose Sepulveda is a Technical Engineer at Over the Top Marketing since June 2023. Previously, from December 2019 to June 2023, Jose served as a Platform Specialist II and SnapPages Support Team Lead at Subsplash, where contributions included gathering data on platform issues and feature requests to enhance user experience, as well as troubleshooting technical issues across multiple devices. Prior to Subsplash, Jose was a UX/UI Student at Thinkful from June 2022 to December 2022, focusing on user research and design methodologies, and created a high-fidelity prototype app called "BusTime" for public transit tracking. Jose's professional experience also includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Trustmark from May 2017 to November 2019, where responsibilities included handling client inquiries and developing training presentations for support staff.
