Zach Pelley

Zach Pelley is an experienced project manager currently working at Overaa Construction since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing a $17 million water treatment facility expansion project and overseeing various aspects of contract procurement. Previously, Zach served as an assistant project manager on a $105 million wastewater treatment project and held multiple roles at Monterey Mechanical Co., including project manager overseeing $50 million in projects for the Department of Water Resources.
