Heather Robertt

Heather Robertt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as an Advisor at Overalls and TaskHuman, Heather also holds the position of Committee Lead at Kidsave, focusing on fundraising for foster and orphaned youth. Previously, Heather has taken on significant roles including Chief People Officer at Inscopix, Inc., leading comprehensive people functions during critical organizational changes, and Head of People at Upstart, where policies were implemented to support rapid scaling. Other past experiences include advising various organizations on HR best practices and culture, with notable contributions to The Caring Village, BMNT, and WideOrbit.
