Kiran Sanghera

Kiran Sanghera currently serves as the Social Value Manager at Overbury, a position held since September 2023, after progressing from a Social Value Coordinator. Prior to this, Kiran worked at Lendlease from September 2019 to August 2023 as a Social Impact Analyst, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a reporting system for social sustainability KPIs and providing performance analysis for informed decision-making. Previous roles at Lendlease also encompassed Contract Administrator & Analyst and Investment Management Graduate Accountant, focusing on project budgets, KPI reports, and financial accounts preparation. Kiran’s career began at Abbott as a Business Analyst Placement Student and included foundational experience at Barclays during a work experience placement. Kiran holds a BSc Hons in Economics with Accounting from Loughborough University.
