Michelle Charman

Michelle Charman has extensive experience in the construction and recruitment industries, currently serving as Head of Pre-Construction at Overbury since March 2010, following a role as Business Development Manager. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Futureboard Consulting from April 2009 to March 2010, and held the position of Recruitment Manager at Cornhill Construction Group Plc from 2008 to March 2009. Between 2003 and 2008, Michelle was the Business Manager at NOW Recruitment. Michelle Charman earned a degree in Politics from the University of Nottingham from 1999 to 2002, and also attended Millfield School.
