Paula Roman

Paula Roman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public library sales and account management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Strategic Accounts and Support at OverDrive since October 2023, Paula leads a team focused on increasing library sales and onboarding Kanopy streaming services in North America. Previously, Paula was a Senior Account Executive at Kanopy, generating new business across a 13-state territory. Paula's career at RBmedia spanned two decades, where roles included National Account Specialist and Regional Sales Manager, achieving notable sales growth and training new representatives. Earlier experience includes retail management at ANN INC. and Fiba Retail, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Art History from Florida State University.
