Amanda Heffelfinger Leonard

Amanda Heffelfinger Leonard has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Amanda currently holds the position of Sr Director, Foodservice Sales at Overhill Farms since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales, National Accounts at Tampa Maid from 2019 to 2023. Amanda also worked as the Director, National Accounts at STIR Foods, LLC from 2017 to 2019. Amanda's earlier roles include Director of Business Development, National Accounts Sales Manager, and Product Development Chef at Ventura Foods from 2005 to 2017. Amanda started their career as a Strategic Accounts Chef at Cargill from 2003 to 2005.

Amanda Heffelfinger Leonard completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University from 1997 to 2001. Amanda went on to pursue a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology at The Ohio State University from 2001 to 2003.
